Structural damage due to rot and termites (Seattle)
I've discovered structural damage due to a termite infestation where water had leaked into an exterior wall from a really bad corner gutter installation . I'll need to get this taken care of ASAP, as termites are still present. This project will likely require the removal and reconstruction of approx 10-15 feet (guess) of the front exterior wall where both the front door and a double window are located.
I'm located in Fall City and can be available at any time.
