rim joist replacement on an addition (Anywhere)
I have an addition that is on posts that has a rotten rim joist. Therefore the addition and roof needs to be jacked up/supported and then the rim joist needs to be replaced. I'm trying to determine how much contractors would charge for this project or if we should just do this ourselves.
